Appropriate Clothing
Patients are required to wear appropriate clothing for their treatment sessions. Suitable attire includes sportswear, such as shorts and a t-shirt. Female patients are advised to wear a sports bra in addition to shorts and a t-shirt. Please note that if inappropriate clothing is worn, the treatment may need to be modified or rescheduled to ensure both patient comfort and treatment efficacy.
Undressing Procedure
At MOTUS Chiropractic, patient comfort and privacy are of utmost importance. Practitioners will never ask you to undress in front of them where it is inappropriate. If it is necessary for a female patient to remove a top for services such as sports massage, the following procedure will be followed:
The practitioner will leave the room to allow you to undress in private.
You will be asked to lie flat face down on the treatment table, and cover yourself with a towel provided by the clinic.
The practitioner will only re-enter the room once you are appropriately covered, and will access the treatment area (e.g., back) while maintaining your privacy.
These procedures are designed to ensure that you feel comfortable and respected at all times during your treatment.
5. Fees and Payment Terms
Payment Methods
Payments are to be made on the day of the appointment at the end of the session. We accept the following payment methods:
Debit or Credit Card (including American Express)
